Just purchase 4S. Now not eligible for upgrade until 05/08/2013?!

i purchased iphone 4s @ $399 + $250 (early upgrade fee). when dial *639# now, "you may select equipment @ our full retail pricing. upgrade may available on 05/08/2013."

when called at&t yesterday, rep told me upgrade not affect standard upgrade date, , stay same. 11/18/2011.

lied to? asked more once because sounded odd me, rep kept reassuring me true.

edit: called , complained being misinformed. told should see credit of $250 posted account on payment. :)

edit 2: lied again at&t. christopher s promised me $250 credit yesterday. today i'm being told isn't possible , offered $25 credit, 10% of promised. there many others receiving credits know isn't impossible. gave best argument no avail. :mad:
 

wait, didn't realise buying subsidised meant opened new two-year contract?!

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
