Documents not being pushed to Mac/PC

i thought icloud push document changes devices, including mac or pc. have not figured out how set happens.

mba, can see docs on web @ icloud site, cannot view them unless go , download.

on either iphone or ipad can view recent version (that modified using either ipad or iphone) without having special.

if make doc change on mba, changes don't appear migrate icloud - have manually drag file onto web site, way many steps , not efficient.

know if doing wrong, or if way works now?
 

it pushes except documents.
documents in cloud functions iwork.com web upload capabilities, without office support of now.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
