China - Exception - IP4S - Huh???? U2?

i ordered 2 ip4s's within 2 hours of each other. long story short; woke @ 2:50am, got "reservation", went apple around 7:30am , completed order. woke @ 6:45am , bought ip4s straight out.

reservation order has "exception" when @ ups site , still in china.!! called apple , say; "it shows delivered on oct 14., looks fine" said, shows in china! can me friday? "yes, that's shows"

so, being have start thread personal minutia, else have exception?

other order, in ky. already!
