Lion upgrade vs. fresh install

ok, have 2011 i7 macbook pro , 2011 i7 air. pro upgraded lion sl , air had lion pre-installed. have nice vertex 3 ssd in pro, reason air seems speedier everyday tasks. i'm debating whether or not fresh install of lion on pro.

thoughts?
 

a fresh install helps in clearing crap may lingering in mac.
never upgrades , every time os upgrade, clean on stuff , backup clean install. using migration assistant may copy crap (i don't know migration assistant since never use it).

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
