Change out phone without losing JB?

hey guys,

iphone 4 think 4.3.2. have untethered jb. iphone's home button becoming inoperable, , called genius , said can bring phone in , pay 199 , new 1 (mine's out of warranty). hooked phone , saw 4.3.5 out no untethered jb. wondering if can,
a.) backup phone on itunes without updating firmware?
b.) restore new without deleting backuped file (so can trade in no personal info on it) or without installing newest firmware?
c.) if refurb newer firmware, when plug in new iphone, able load old phone's backup file don't lose contacts, texts, etc.? , backup file downgrade firmware previous phone's firmware can rejailbreak untether?

 

if backup/sync old phone computer , transfer/sync new phone not lose of data...

new phone have 4.3.5, not able downgrade @ new device.

not able jailbreak again until ios 5 , stable jailbreak released.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
