Two problems when on a Proxy Network

hi guys first post , i'm here sort out couple of problems!

have 15" macbook pro 2.2 ghz , here problems:
can't receive or send e-mail using mail when on campus, there lot of other tasks become arduos when on campus too.
music student , use itunes lot , proxy makes work inconvenient @ times when want download relevant learning.

second problem have of apps fail launch when connected network (even when proxy isn't set yet).

@ moment solution running apps turn off airport , connect network frustrating when in middle of research.

can please me i'm not terribly savvy network issues.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
