Music corrupt (?), dreaded 13019 error

hi,
exporting music new pc, when noticed few files (specifically, seems whole albums) seemed corrupt. way tell songs playing faster, around 2x faster, making them sound comically high pitched. dismissed issue moving them between various sources.
went sync iphone 3g on original mac, , got 13019 error. did usual uncheck music, voice memos etc, nothing worked, sync when had no music selected. selected individual playlists (which taking while), , ones create annoying 13019 error (although not ones seem faster).
affected files ok on original mac, , sync iphone, seems funny these 2 things happened @ same time, maybe it's coincidence?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
