Before activating, should I....?

i'm using iphone 3gs on itunes on windows computer. i've got macbook pro i'm using new "stuff" (ipad2, etc.). i've copied itunes library pc mac, can see of iphone apps listed (even though i've never synced iphone mac).

before activating iphone 4s, says create backup of "old" iphone itunes first.

should sync iphone 3gs mac before activating 4s? or, since itunes on mac has of apps, should go ahead , activate 4s , sync what's there?

you'll want sync, should produce backup of settings. /or right click on 3gs in itunes , choose "backup".

you'll have plenty of time this, because activation not presently possible. :mad::mad::mad:

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
