Another "should I buy" thread

hi there,

i'm thinking of taking plunge , switching on :apple:. i'll graduating uni semester , moving korea @ least year teach. want buy dependable machine , feel have piece of mind mac. @ first wanted machine bells , whistles after evaluating budget , how upgrades vs. actual performance think might settle base 13" macbook pro. thinking of maybe getting more ram or ssd i'm leaning towards idea not necessary needs (i.e. web/word processing/itunes/watching videos). wondering if me choices , whether or not should hold off. site recommends buy if need - approaching end of cycle, worth wait? recommendations?:confused:
 

small updates should coming end of month. it's worth waiting @ least couple of weeks see these updates before buying.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
