No idea how to activate my phone

my iphone 4s on right it's not activated , don't know how activate through itunes or first iphone can me please thanks!
 

plug itunes. click on iphone in left column. fill in info, agree terms. activation take few minutes or may fail if servers overloaded. if fails repeat until successful.

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
