Macbook Pro (2010 edition) - sent for repair query

hello, yeserday dicovered faulty trackpad, seemed everytime moved finger across trackpad, mouse act erractically. either moving slowly, fast, not @ or doing other different function, off-calibrated movement of fingers, computer restarted etc, problem occured first time yeserday - seems wear , tear? had laptop 6 months.

took laptop apple store (uk) , played around , encountered same problem. decided send in repair.

however, question this, replace 'trackpad alone' or replace 'entire upper case' , include keyboard, many thanks

have been searching answers on internet, havent found concrete.

help, steve.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
