2TB Hard Drive with Airport Extreme (5th Gen)

i bought airport extreme (5th gen) week ago , have 2tb hard drive connected formated hfs+.

macbook pro has no problem @ connecting , accessing files hard drive however, have problem when haven't accessed drive in time , try copy files on it. receive error "sorry, operation not completed because unexpected error occurred (error code -50).".

rebooting macbook pro doesn't have affect. thing found work disconnecting usres in airport utility physically unplugging usb drive aebs , plugging in. seems fix problem right away.

suggestions can avoid having disconnect/reconnect drive everytime want copy files drive? have 400gb of data on drive right now.

in advance. other option calling apple care (which free) figured ask here first. i'm new apple products , love them far , fell foolish calling tech support since work in (pc only).

on happy it. transfer speeds on wifi acceptible. can transfer 27gb of data in 27 minutes.

Permissions Problem?

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
