SIM apps interfering with my iPhone?

i have factory unlocked iphone 4 used number of months before traveling south america. use local micro-sim card , have been enjoying immensely. 1 thing notice here never experienced before appears integrated sim application can't disabled. attached screenshots appear after call, letting me know i've received call , giving me options. far can tell, of these options brief pre-composed text messages sent user selects one, , option compose custom text message. quite convenient if think it, i'd disable it. being said, know can phone "normal"? thanks!

i should mention happens in ios 5 too. have suggestions @ disabling this? ruins slickness of ios experience.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
