Resolved Lion 2011 MBP Install

hi
going first post gentle!

i've got 2011 15" mbp , have started installing lion dvd. left mac going through installation process i.e. downloading files, take x minutes. , have returned find mac light grey screen, stop/halt/ban symbol in middle , mac equivalent of egg timer spinning round. been while.

help/thoughts?

sounds though dvd created not 100%. speed did burn at? have access mac can redo on? alternatively, created bootable usb drive , installed , pretty quick.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
