how to swap iphone4 for 4s?

here's situation.. sister's iphone4 got stolen friday @ bar, quite timing considering iphone4s came out same day. went att new phone, , att renewed contract, gave iphone4 because "out of stock" on iphone4s. should swap iphone4s? go apple store? att store? call iphone customer service? think?
 

i'd go right got it. find kind of strange give iphone 4. unless planned on coming 4s.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
