Are my Dre Beats Tours fake?

first off want sorry if kind of post isn't allowed. i'll delete if isn't.

okay. uncle got these in hong kong street vendor around $13 us. assumed fake, curious , went check if were. surprised find real considering of facts, still unconvinced.

here's box. read dead giveaways include faded printing (print good, dre image on isn't clear) , gray monster logo. far looks fake, yes?

other giveaways top flap isn't indented, 1 is.

, there isn't 2nd flap. 1 has 2nd flap.

ear buds themselves, it's pretty iffy. "b"s on buds aren't stickers , brushed metal (from n s), seem cheap points me thinking they're fake.

reason why i'm unsure if they're real or not cheap looking piece. "separator" call looks it's made horribly cheap plastic , doesn't move or down. logos on piece below check out though.

last thing it's said serial number on jack should clear seems me.

can definite real tours me out? i've been curious this.

13$, hong kong = fake.

@ least didn't ripped of on ebay full price. fakes deceiveing because of how closely packaging , actual buds the real ones. can sure though ones have fake.
