Xcode 4.2 Download Problem

i'm having trouble downloading xcode 4.2 app store. download gets way 1.8gb downloaded, , after short time starts on again. has happened multiple times now.

have xcode 4.1 installed , xcode installer version still in launchpad. i'm still bit new mac/xcode forgive ignorance. has had same problem, or suggestions fixes? thanks.
 

i had same exact problem. had delete old "install xcode" app in applications directory appeared uninstalled in mac app store. additionally did hard restart.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
