Mac OS 10.7 won't let me use .command files


i've run problem when trying set minecraft server on macbook pro running os 10.7.1. when try running .command necessary start server, tells me don't have sufficient privileges, though i'm administrator , permissions set read/write.

if more of "mac os knows better users" i'm switching snow leopard.
 

does have execute privileges set?
