iPad 2 GPS is worse than iPhone 4 GPS?

ipad 2 gps worse iphone 4 gps or it's mine?

purchased navigon able use on ipad (turn-by-turn navigation application), turned out cant lock location reason. iphone locks gps signal couple of seconds when ipad keeps giving errors. could got defective gps in ipad 2?

*** ipad 2 dosent have case, prevent it.
*** navigon has preloaded maps it's dosent require internet connection

test google maps same story... remember worked couple of times before.
 

navigon neeeds clear line of sight satellite. tall buildings, etc. can block view. not use cellphone towers supplement - satellite. have navigon on iphone (and put on ipad2) , find not lock on signal rapidly. tomorrow, need , going try rebooting phone first. in other ways, i've compared iphone (3gs) , ipad2 gps , both lock instantly using google maps , mapquest - apps use gps cellphone towers, navigon uses satellite.

have tried hard restart of ipad2? also, there various threads (do google search) on calibrating , resetting gps on iphone (or ipad2).

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
