Restoring from Time Capsule when local and external drive are backed up

i backing 500 gb internal drive on mbp , 1 tb external usb drive 2tb time capsule.

if ever need restore, how going work? since internal drive small handle restore, need hook external drive restore? time capsule keep 2 drives separate in backups? if bought new computer enough space handle all, restore contents of both drives single drive?

curious , want sure i'm not backing things in way that's going cause problems if ever need use backups.
 

that's question. i'm backing brand new time capsule right well. had been using time machine regular external hd. today time machine backup saved a** decided buy time capsule.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
