I would seriously like some help here

hey guys, first time on site. i've got bit of problem.

10 months ago internet stopped working day in apartment. neither me, nor room mate connect.
called our isp , convinced problem fixed changing network prefrences on macbook pro, though told them persistently affecting both of our computers , xbox too. walked me through bunch of changes settings , did not work @ all. when asked them me reverse changes said didn't remember got me change , i'd have call apple. after few hours internet came on , computer not connect @ all. called apple me reverse changes want charge me $60 hour talk them. got uncle make temporary fix changing computer's ip adress same on room mate's 1 number changed. can connect internet @ home. not anywhere else!! huge pain in ass, film student , need connected while i'm @ school. ideas on how revert network settings original state? please! help! also, apologize if thread same million others, can't find works far.

it's modem or router issue. reboot 1 or both.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
