About replacing iPhone earbuds...?

so, there's no sound coming out of right earbud. i'm still under warranty can replaced free. however, i'm not sure how go that. can online, i'd prefer not have go , ship out original. considering i'm picking mac genius bar week, want swap earbuds there. need set separate genius bar appointment them swapped, or can them swapped out while i'm there? also, need have iphone's serial number proof of purchase?
 

i think need bring iphone apple store.(just safe) don't know if need make reservation call ahead

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
