When upgrading to OS Lion, do X-code tools upgrade automatically?

i have late 2007 mbp running snow leopard 10.6.8 , i'd upgrade lion. has x-code tools 3.1.2. need keep version machine used testing backward-compatibility part of software development. if upgrade lion, x-code tools automatically update 4?

excuse awkward questioning, isn't field!

i'm hoping mba shortly. still able sync mbp if latter still using snow leopard? i'm thinking of moving emails on mbp , photos in aperture.

xcode not automatically upgrade. has never done os x version. fortunately, getting xcode 4.1 lion isn't hard - it's free in mac app store (if you're not paid developer).

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
