New Macbook Pro Internet Not Working

i know repetitive question seems asked macbook pro users figured worth try. maybe can help.

bought macbook pro 15" 5 days ago , internet seems work everywhere office @ work. every other computer (there's approx 5 @ work. there 3 macs in office , 2 pc's.) seem connected fine brought mac work , not connect. know not router because said every other computer , iphone connects router no problem

whatever reason laptop not connect. hoping may able me. :confused:

 

how computers on work network getting ip address? if assigned static addresses and/or using kind of access control, you'll need system administrator unblock first.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
