MacBook Air vs. Pro as only computer?

i'm selling macbook alu late '08 2.0 ghz, needing new computer. i'm student, in college , starting uni next september. macbook have ipad 2.

question is, can macbook air suffice primary , computer? use macbook internet browsing, itunes etc aperture, photoshop, ms word , pages etc school work. macbook air (13-inch 1.7 ghz) responsive when running aperture , photoshop or gonna slower on current macbook? form factor , design of air love speed of pro.

i mba or mbp ssd. wouldn't deal 5400rpm drive again!

don't forget...the i5 , i7 flexible cpus. while base resting speed 1.7ghz, flex 2.6ghz.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
