Bright Blue Horizontal Lines on white background

hi,

i'm new mac world , bought first mac book pro in august. since i've been happy it.

3 days ago mac has begun displaying blue horizontal lines, when turn computer on. each day happening , clears after 30mins of being on.

1 have ideas might wrong. need take computer store or can fix.

ideas appreciated.
