Jailbreak then enroll as developer?

i've had refurbished ipad few weeks , want start developing it. however, i'm still learning how code ipad need test features such "music loading", can't done on simulator (afaik). don't mind paying $99 fee when app ready, can jailbreak ipad temporarily whilst i'm learning? want unjailbreak it, pay fee , continue normal. pay $99 now, don't want waste month or of 1 year license in learning.

since it's refurbished, warranty quite important. can safely unjailbreak , enroll in dev program without apple knowing or there traces after factory reset? don't plan on installing apps other own side-loaded ones testing , ones official app store. thanks!
 

i've developed since day 1 on jailbroken device.

had at&t ip4 replaced under warranty , simple restore got rid of traces of , never questioned it.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
