No more visual voicemail? Help?

hey guys! bought iphone 4 mom att store, 8gb model $100 bucks preinstalled ios5. anyway trying setup visual voicemail when hit voicemail tab phone app dials voicemail , has no visual voicemail iphone 4...any tips?
 

dail in, it'll ask visually on screen password. put password in. hang call, , wait few minutes. it'll start working.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
