business level developer application problem

hello all, came here before couldnt find it.
i've been dealing apple approval process 5 weeks now.

have sole proprietorship in ca 2 cities tustin , anaheim. both give me business tax certificate same thing business license apple doesnt accept since dont business license. state doesnt have unique business license as can find of.

have seller permit california board of equalization thats not accepted either because doesnt resellers permit.

given trying business , started individual want switch on business can multiple programmers work on our projects.

has got around problem in ca? suggestions great. thanks,
 

a couple of years ago, apple more open letting sole props open business developer accounts. heard it's tougher now.

options? incorporate. start llc. actually, if plan on selling software on store, selling them sole proprietor pretty risky, when consider amount of software litigation hear today.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
