ATT Reps giving me different answers


i have line (not mine) eligible full upgrade 2 year contract renewal. transfer iphone 4s on line. talked customer rep. , told me once receive iphone 4s, should call att , ask them activate on different line. need ssn on microsim , , done afterwards.

wanted positive talked customer rep. , woman told me story. told me iphone 4s come microsim attached line upgraded from. told me need activate on upgrade line , new microsim card put on line want.

did googling , people have said on sprint when order online different store. have activate on line want.

can see totally confused. lol
 

a rep told me had go store put number on 4s ordered under wife's number. said sim cards number specific , i'll need sim cards attached each of our numbers..blah blah blah. not looking forward going store tomorrow. sucks.
