Which Upgrade is Better for New mini?

hello all,

@ work, going assigned new mac mini. pc , mac technical support, adobe software troubleshooting, , network administration on current mac (using rdc windows servers windows-specific tasks.) told can customize specs on mini, keeping around $1500. when bto of 2.5 core i5 mini, see can 1 of following 2 options while staying within budget:

1. upgrade core i7, 8gb ram , 750gb @ 7200 rpm; or

2. upgrade 256gb ssd (no other upgrades)

both include apple care.

option gives the best performance? use windows 7 in parallels on new mini can better support our windows users , run microsoft management console (mmc) without needing rdc server.

in advance everyone's opinions.
 

would upgrading i7 , ssd , fitting ram option?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
