Migration was successful, but I have no files?

my hardrive starting go on macbook pro. (2.4ghz, 4mb ram, 500gb hd, osx lion 10.7.1) bought new 1 , swapped out before crashed. running lion before swapped.

ran migration assistant transfer 100gb worth of files. program said "transfered files successfully." can't physically find files on drive. disk utility says files there. mackeeper cant find them.

did have user created, , ran migration assistant app? if so, have created new user.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
