How would a current 12core 2.93 stand up against the new SB Xeon MP's?

i know we've been discussing possible speed gains (15-20%) new sb xeons coming never compared gain difference to?

returned 12core while ago hoping august speculation possible release go through.
been working on hp bundled avid nitris ever since.

however, want onto os x.

question : guys think 12core's (2.93) performance compared know sb xeons?

worth wait? or talking minimal enhancements compared rig?

did see performance gains nehalem sandy bridge? 4 core. w3580 vs. i7-2600? multiply that. faster , have new graphics , sataiii , on x79 not dead end chipset (no more chips upgrade to).

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
