How to make Jaguar usable?

so, grandmother has old emac want running. it's connected internet (and updated max), of course, computer outdated internet doesn't display @ all. there browsers/plugins can download things working properly? upgrading tiger/leopard pretty out of question.
 

jaguar? mean 10.2 ...please ,please granny's emac favour , update tiger 10.4 miles more stable
, run tenfourfox or camino best browsers powermac's , last supported updates today (both based on firefox)!



, max out ram @ least 512 mb , better 1 gb got computer thats today usable basics @ descent speeds, normal browsing see not difference in speed compared imac 21.5", emac's still great computers

panther 10.3 option , need use older unsupported camino version.

because 10.2 not great os in 2002 , of course try installing older version of camino (1.0)which isn't supported since years


other great option reverse os9.1 /os9.2 , use clasilla browser @ least supported browser

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
