How to buy iPhone at full price?

at&t wants give me crappy $200 - $18 discount in exchange 2 year contract. don't want take offer, want pay full price w/ no new contract. but, apple store, at&t website, etc have no way me choose option. ideas how this?
 

only way buy full price walk in apple store, , buy at&t version @ $599. however, there catch locked at&t until make kinda rule unlocked it. otherwise recommend wait me , others buy factory unlocked iphone 4s in november.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
