Freaked out!

hey!
problem, have bought macbook pro - it's reasonably new - , screen has frozen while using it! can't afford this. had left computer on, little while, on it's own, , while coming realized unresponsive me. screen pitch black. moved mouse around, there no changed in computer screen; remained black. so, attempted restart computer , while doing screen turned on, whole screen made of multi-coloured horizontal lines. frozen. please help! did mean?

also, safari keeps on getting redirected. why happening?

ps. have advice on keep longevity of computer? or in other words: know best ways take care of it?

was new machine when bought it, or second-hand? if it's few years old have geforce 8600 video chip, prone failure (you'll free replacement if that's case).

if has removable battery there configuration label underneath battery, memory lists video chip. label no longer seems exist on newer machines internal battery :(

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
