apps have to be in itunes to stay on my ipad?

so wanted free space on computer , have ton of ipad apps on taking space. deleted them off computer when plugged ipad in said had transfer apps computer or else deleted ipad. have have these huge ipad apps taking space on computer keep them on ipad? or there easy way not happen? thanks.
 

yes, have keep them in itunes on desktop.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
