2nd ID for icloud

i setting wifes iphone. have used 1 apple id everything. wanted set own icloud. able set up, cant phone switch on other id, shows store purchases, not icloud.
when go icloud under settings email address greyed out. appreciated.
 

go mail, calendar, contacts settings , should see icloud account along other email may have setup.

delete current icloud account , when hit add new account show icloud option

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
