Upgraded MacBook - now having problems playing music

hi,

wondering if on here problem i'm having. "pimped out" aluminium macbook (late 2008). upgraded ram 8gb, switched hd out 115gb owc ssd , used data-doubler replace dvd drive 1tb samsung spinpoint hd. installed clean version of lion.

since doing i've experienced problem when playing music, both itunes , spotify. music jitters , skips , it's quite infuriating! when playing video don't experience kind of problems sound, i'm rather confused. i've changed quite lot it's difficult work out 1 thing has caused change. got ideas?

keep programs on ssd media files on hd. not sure if make difference.

if point in right direction or has idea causing i'd appreciative!

if play media files in finder, still skip? if copy ssd, still skip? streaming audio skip, or files on hard drive?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
