Text Tones Too Loud [iTunes and Garageband issue?]

image large post it'll break page, feel free click on idea of i'm talking about.

brought on of these tones garage band, converted them ringtones , loaded them in phone. text tones loud, loud infact. keep phone on full volume of time dont miss alerts or calls. made ring tone (glados) several months ago , have no issue volume of that. however, when @ full volume new text/email alerts made blast , want reduce volume less earth shattering level.

cant in itunes, folders , files unlocked , have read/write permission , i'm stumped.

tried reduce master volume in garage band remake tones @ lower volume , didn't change thing.
 

having same problem.

cant find other info on internet either. cant ones?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
