Symlinking a folder into Dropbox, where's that handy web app?

there handy website allow symlink folder outside of dropbox folder dropbox folder few clicks, i've since lost name of website since i've migrated new computer. if me locate name of website i'd appreciative, thank you.
 

if right click on folder , chose "services" @ bottom there option create symbolic link in there (unless that's installed don't think is).

btw on snow leopard 10.6.8

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
