1 bar of ATT 3G at my home, iPhone 4S keeps switching back and forth, no 3G switch?

this annoying.. every 2 seconds @ phone says no service, hops 1-2 bars of non-functional 3g, , 5 bars of edge.. previous iphones shut off 3g when home don't have problem. miss calls because phone switches , forth 3g edge much. makes phone practically useless me @ home. ********. how hard implement 3g on/off switch they've been doing years?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
