Someone recommend me a Windows computer

could recommend me windows laptop can watch 1080 videos, can run windows 7, , not have loud fan noise macbook , macbook pro? , cheap, maybe @ $500? , not out of order when drop accidentally, , has relatively cheap warranty policy?

macbook pro warranty $350 2 years, kind of expensive in opinion. also, if didn't buy warranty @ end of first year of free warranty, can buy warranty later? wanted computer warranty of maybe @ $100 per 2 years.

guess run bootcamp or parallels on windows if need mac? far don't think discovered better in mac, except maybe display.

anyway don't running parallels on mac because can't handle fan sound goes along it.
 

any cheap laptop going noisy. it's part of territory when using laptop watch hd movies.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
