Do I get lion for free if I buy SL now?

have pc want install mac.

buying copy of snow leopard, mean have buy snow leopard , lion lion? $30 hard copy of sl , $30 lion?

or if buy snow leopard can download lion in mac app store free?

 

my understanding free copy of lion new mac purchased after date (within 30 days of lion's release, , after, if came sl).

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
