Apple Taking Extra Time Off at Thanksgiving in Recognition of Year's Success

macgeneration shares new email tim cook apple employees notifying them of company's plans shut down entire week of thanksgiving in united states. vacation time, see corporate employees receiving paid time off november 21-23 leading thanksgiving holiday, comes in recognition of company's strong performance year.
as cook notes, there flexibility in plan outside of apple's corporate operations in united states, international units being able schedule time off @ time appropriate them. retail stores need remain , running on holiday week, particularly day after thanksgiving being "black friday", busiest shopping day of year. consequently, retail store employees have schedule time off @ other times.

apple has routinely shut down several days around christmas, , rumored last year developer services through itunes connect might shutting down on thanksgiving, no such shutdown came pass.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
