Unusual SMS Problem! NEED HELP!

hello guys, need here. pretty figuring stuff out can't one.

long time phone has been giving me text overload notice haven't been paying attention it. have never deleted text me , girlfriend of on year , can not receive messages. when tried delete entire convo free room, texting app freezes, crashes, cannot opened unless restart phone. leads me believe need alternative way delete texts, possibly mac?

guys know way can erase message history other way? appreciated!
 

maybe try restoring previous backup doesn't have many text saved in , deleting conversation. way don't lose of settings , not. other thing can think of restoring new phone. maybe else knows better method though.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
