Restoring app data

(sorry if has been asked in thread, i've looked , didn't find quite it.)

after updating ios 5 last night, iphone did icloud backup. can go icloud's settings , see it's using space backups, can click through iphone backup, , see apps , how space they're using (most things in kb range, it's app data). they're "on", of course, in terms of backing up.

now, take 1 of apps, app data has been backed up, , delete phone. go app store, up, , hit "install".

how app data back? app data that's sitting in backup on icloud? shouldn't pushed down when re-install app?

or work apps support icloud?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
