iPhone 4S order "reserved" - what does this mean?

i have been trying order 4s at&t through apple store site. got message "reserved":

dear apple customer,
iphone has been reserved , reservation number is: xxxxxxxxxx

email @ address (xxxxxxxxxx) when it’s time complete order. @ time, return apple store confirm pricing , plan selection.

may check status of reservation @ time visiting buyiphone.apple.com/status

apple store team

mean exactly? received email telling me can complete order, have not been able site work. if wait until tomorrow complete order, still in same place "in line" new iphone?
 

i received 2 emails same message. trying retrieve reservation number. in meantime, went at&t site , ordered 4s new number. i'll deal ay&t , getting new iphone on existing plan grandfathered unlimited data after receive it.

headache day! have order number at&t!

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
