How to rebuild Finder's mp3 cover art cache?

i added artwork mp3 files in itunes 'get info' windows.
now, artwork shows nicely when select file in itunes.
in original music folder there still isn't album art files.
when open mp3 in vlc or quicklook shows artwork should be.
when press cmd+j , change thumbnail size, thumbs updated , see artwork.
whenever change thumb size 64*64, artwork gone again in finder.
know way delete these obsolete 64*64 thumbs , let finder create new thumbs?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
