Creaking sound...what will an "Authorized Service Provider" do?

i've had 13 inch 2011 air 3 weeks. i'm noticing creaking sound when handle right hand side of palm rest. i've seen threads on getting ifixit tool adjust screws not sure want go route.

closest apple store 2 hours away. there "apple authorized service provider" nearby. (i did not buy computer here.) know kind of service authorized/capable of doing kind of problem? (i have applecare).

 

what authorized service provider do?

"screw it". :d

no seriously, can ask them do, easy enough , doesn't take time, tighten screws. if doesn't work maybe components inside machine wasn't screwed tight.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
